The Live Status screens in Seiki AIR provide your supervisory and management teams with a fast visual summary of the current status of every resource and active operation (available with our WIP Booking module) on the shopfloor.

Seiki AIR Monitoring comes with four Live Status screens: Dashboard, Timeline, Andon and Factory Layout. Each screen provides users with easy to interpret live snapshots of shopfloor processes and production statuses. Not only can you choose between multiple graphical views, there are also configurable options on individual screens that allow each user to focus on the KPIs and data points that are important to them.

Understand the utilisation performance of each resource and identify any under-performing against your utilisation target
Select which columns you wish to display
Add the WIP Booking module to also see the active operation running on each resource and who is booked onto it

Live Status Timeline

Interactive timeline to visualise machine status periods chronologically on a single timeline.
Pan and zoom controls allow you to drill down to see micro-events and go back to earlier time periods.
Add the WIP Booking module to also see when operations are started, paused, completed and parts booked.

Live Status Andon

The simple, graphical view enables you to react immediately to downtime by bringing your attention to problems as they occur.
Add the OEE module and choose your preferred KPI to display.
Configure Andon screens for display throughout your factory.
