Powered by our sister company, Asset Check is an interactive solution for Asset Management, Maintenance Scheduling and Defect Reporting. By managing all your assets and capturing maintenance tasks all in one application, whether that’s an on-going Planned Preventative Maintenance regime, regular checks and inspections or faults, it ensures you have complete visibility of your outstanding workload and upcoming events. The system integrates directly to Seiki AIR Monitoring to enable tickets to be raised via the status grid.

Assets can be associated against locations, category, and much more, coupled with a condition, cost and anticipated lifespan. Use the insights to identify potential future cost savings, track degradation of assets, analyse actual condition over time against predicted life expectancy, and identify assets that are failing at an increased rate over normal wear and tear.

Dashboard	Configurable overview of work requests, PPMs, Inspections, Assets, Categories and Incidents. Tabulated results can be viewed across the company by logged on user or location.
Users	Provide secure and auditable access for all internal staff and external contractors. User permissions and qualifications controlled.
Assets	Record assets across one or many locations, including serial numbers, makes and models including leased . Record parent and child asset relationships to give you a full inventory and status. Manage asset lifecycle, including initial cost, life expectancy, installation and decommissioned dates. Associate assets against Work Requests and PPMs.
Locations	Manage assets across one or many locations and sub-locations. Assign users to their home locations and make it their default if required.
PPM Schedule	Create PPM schedules against Location, Category, Technician and Asset/s for routine maintenance. Define the frequency, ranging from one-off right through to 5-yearly. Add one or more tasks to a PPM. Automatic notification to specified users when a PPM is due. PPM status reporting.
Work Requests	Raise faults against Location, Category, Work Type and Asset, from inspections, PPMs or external source. Automatically assess the priority via a set of configurable questions and SLA’s. Report on Work Requests using various parameters including Status, Priority, Overdue, Work Type, etc.
Inspections	Routine checks and inspections can be specified at precise times of the day or on an ad-hoc basis. Inspections can be marked as “acceptable” or “unacceptable” and additional notes can be added and carried forward to the next inspection.
Technical Log	Create customised technical logs/alerts to capture results of specified tests and checks. Allows users to share technical data across the business. All logs are date and time stamped, providing auditability of checks and tests.
Incidents and Accidents	Capture in-depth details of any incidents, accidents or near misses that have occurred. Record where, when, who, what, how and why the incident happened. Add treatment given, witnesses, reporting, management review and follow-up details. Report on incidents and accidents using various parameters according to need.
Storage	Securely store cloud based files, documents and pictures (subject to a fair use policy). Remotely access documents and files whilst out on site. Create your own document folder structure to suit your needs.
Real Time Reporting	Review the amount of work requests currently open or running beyond given SLAs at one or many sites. Report on how the PPM schedule is being managed and what aspects of PPMs have been missed or carried out late.
Scanning	Use QR codes for Assets and Locations. Scan an asset or location to identify what it is, or where you are and take you directly to the associated record. The QR code scanning facility is available in the online and App versions of assetcheck, so if you have Wi- Fi or 3G/4G/5G then you can use the online version, otherwise take the App with you.
