Ethernet machine data acquisition
We support a direct Ethernet data connection to many machine controls and have over 25 years’ experience connecting to both modern and legacy machines.
Data over Ethernet enables unified, robust communication with your CNC machines. Our software supports both MTConnect and OPC as two of the most effective means of collecting actionable machine event data, irrespective of their make or model. Solutions requiring just an Ethernet connection and the operator input device, such as a PC or tablet, is often the most cost-effective option for achieving a complete, unified view of your shop floor activity.
Seiki Monitoring software can support a dual installation of direct Ethernet based machine data acquisition and traditional digital I/O in cases where an Ethernet is unavailable, or the monitoring software protocol is not enabled on the machine. Our experienced engineers and developers will be able to advise the best solution for your complete factory.
