Have you updated your NMS calendars yet?
Happy New Year! It’s the start of 2014 and therefore time to make sure that your Seiki NMS calendar is configured for the year ahead. The Calendar application allows a system administrator to define and configure shift calendars.
How to update your Seiki NMS calendar
The calendar configuration application can be invoked either from the Windows Start menu: > Start > All Programs > Seiki Systems > Configuration > Calendar or from the Tools menu in the Shop Client application.
Then select the ‘Default Calendar’ or ‘Machine Specific Calendar’ as required from the resource calendar listing and click the Modify button.
The calendar dispays the current Shift Pattern attributed to each day of that year in accordance with the colour defined for each shift pattern. Note: If one or more days is shown in bright red, no shift pattern has been set. If it has not already been done, it is possible to configure standard Shift Patterns by double clicking the coloured boxes on the right hand side of the screen.
