Remote Support

Seiki Systems' remote support service ensures clear, protected, reliable communications for our technical support specialists in helping our customers. It is also used by our sales and marketing staff to present the Seiki portfolio of manufacturing software solutions in a live interactive format.

GoToAssist remote support

Seiki Systems Ltd are registered users of “GoToAssist Express® from Citrix” which allows us to offer remote support where we can see your problems, and you can see our solutions live over a secure internet connection. This facility is free to our customers and all you need to use this service is a PC, a broadband connection and a meeting ID.
