DLoG software support from Seiki Systems

Following the acquisition of DLoG (UK) Ltd by the Kenard Engineering Group in 2008, with effect from the 1st November 2010 DLoG (UK) Ltd will join forces with its sister company and software partner Seiki Systems and both will trade under the name of Seiki Systems Ltd. DLoG UK will be retained as a trading name to solely represent DLoG® industrial hardware solutions brand in the UK.

One of the key benefits of the consolidation of our software division has been the expansion of our technical support services, which include a new helpdesk system which we hope will provide a higher level of support using “GoToMeeting® from Citrix” which allows us to offer remote support where we can see your problems, and you can see our solutions live over a secure internet connection. This facility is free to our maintained customers and all that you need in order to use this service is a PC, a broadband connection and a meeting ID which will be provided by your Support contact.
